Policy
Enjoy free worldwide shipping on every order. At Nframe Studio, every print and frame is custom made to order. Because we do not hold inventory and each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders. If your artwork arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will ship a brand new replacement immediately at no additional cost to you
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your measurements, frame selection, and art print choices before completing your purchase.
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item, the exterior packaging, and the shipping label. This documentation is required for insurance claims with the carrier. Email the photos and videos along with your order number in the subject line to nframestudio9@gmail.com
Once the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement of the original item at no additional cost to you, subject to product availability. We do not offer cash refunds for shipping damage. Replacements are provided instead.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your order, please email us at nframestudio9@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and the email address used to place the order. We will process your cancellation and confirm via email within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation. Please note, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or if the order has already been shipped.
