MY PRINT IS LOOSE IN THE FRAME?
If your print seems loose in the frame, double check and makesure that the ArtFab is inserted correctly. You should not be ableto see any silicone and the print should go all the way to the edgeof the frame.
HOW DO I GET WRINKLES OUT OF THE PRINT?
Sometimes a print can get wrinkled in shipping or storage. Once a print is inserted and stretched out, the wrinkles should come out . DO NOT IRON your print, as this can cause damage.
MY ARTWORK ISN'T HANGING CORRECTLY?
If your artwork isn't hanging level, try adjusting the wall mount as needed by slightly loosening one of the screws and moving the mount up or down gently to re-level. Then re-secure the mount.
